| Description | The Scope of Work for Maria Diaz Martinez - Plumbing Riser Replacement Project includes replace existing plumbing risers from the ground floor to the fifth floor. This project includes but is not limited to providing, installing and connecting the new plumbing risers, removal and disposal of any hazardous materials encountered as described in the technical specifications and drawings. All units will need to be accessed throughout the course of this project so work shall be performed in a fashion that has the least impact to residents. The Scope of Work is further described in the detailed Technical Specification and Drawings. Questions may be submitted through CHA's Supplier Portal or in writing to the Procurement Specialist as shown below by no later than 11:00 AM (Central) on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The date set forth in the Notice to Proceed will be on or around July 30, 2023; The Substantial Completion Date of July 30, 2024 for ALL WORK is as shown above |
