| Description | I. Millwork - fabricate, deliver and install according to AWI Quality Standards "custom grade" the following: (4) identical Kitchens (both cabinets and p-lam counter-tops). Pricing should include costs to provide new Island cabinets as a base bid item and not as an alternate. II. Fire Protection - Work includes the installation of (32) heat detectors in the attic area of the identified cottages per the approved layout from Texas HHSC. Include all connections and integration into the fire alarm system of the building for a fully operational system. Include necessary mounting box(s) and anchorage. Proposals should include programming at each building and programming to the DMS. Pre-test must be included also. III. Carpentry & Access Doors - Provide labor to cut out (32) access openings in existing drywall ceilings and Include (32) 16"x24" metal ceiling access panels and frame from ACUDOOR (model UF-5000, or equal) including all finishing on access door to match existing and final paint on metal door and frame. provide labor and material to install (32) 16"x24" ACUDOR access panels. |
