| Description | Warren Holder Park Concession/Restroom Henry County is seeking a qualified Design/Build teams to demo the current concession/restroom facility and design/build a new concession/restroom facility at Warren Holder Park, located at 301 Club Drive, Locust Grove, GA 30248. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. |
