For the following: Dewatered Sludge Hauling The services shall be in accordance with the standards and requirements as set forth in Proposal Forms; which may be obtained at the offices of the Authority at Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, New Jersey. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 136 Whitehouse, New Jersey 08888 Each bid submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Sludge Hauling, it must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Authority as a guarantee that the low bidder will enter into the contract upon award. The amount to be so deposited shall be 10% of the total amount bid, but in no case shall exceed $20,000. Said check or bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the contract and the filing of the required bonds and certificates of insurance. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Any bid that is not accompanied by said check or Bid Bond will be REJECTED. Bid proposal forms are available at the offices of the Authority between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PERIOD of February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope delivered to the offices of the Authority. Masks will be required and social distancing observed during the bid opening.
