| Description | Tuckpoint exterior masonry from S/W outside corner to S/E inside corner from bottom of gutter to brick line at top of foundation (Appendix A). 1. Set up a controlled access zone around work area with barricades and caution tape to flag off area. 2. Remove down spouts repair or replace as needed and reinstall. 3. Grind old failing mortar to ½ and prep joints for new material. 4. Install new Mortar type N tool to uniform, concave joint profile. Mortar color to be selected by the city 5. Once cured, wash with 600 masonry detergent. |
