Description | A construction manager and design firm have been selected. A construction start has not been confirmed, however, construction is expected to be complete by the summer of 2026.* Life Science Pathways Center/Science Lab Upgrades - North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA. This project includes building upgrades to provide modern laboratories, and incorporate best practices in the design of HE science teaching laboratories, which may include shared use of support spaces, technological transformations, design that supports multiple and up-to-date teaching modalities, and other creative approaches that will meet the needs of the college. This project will incorporate deferred maintenance of building systems that support the laboratories and improve accessibility, safety, and energy efficiency. Firms interested in providing Public Construction Management At Risk services for Life Science Pathways Center/Science Lab Upgrades - North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL c. 149A. DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk services for this project through this RFQ process. Provide modern laboratories to support all college programs requiring lab science courses including Health Professions and STEM pathways.
