| Description | Replacement of the concrete plaza at Isle of Palms County Park. The project includes the removal and construction of new concrete, benches and the addition of new ADA changing rooms as shown in the attached plan set. The existing changing rooms and drinking fountain shall be removed and protected on site for re-installation after plaza is poured and cured. An existing grill shall be removed and stored on site. All disturbed areas will be regraded and landscaped with sod and a landscape retaining wall will be constructed for planting beds on two sides of the plaza. | ||||||||
