The bids will be subsequently reviewed by the Owner's representative . The proposed Project may include but is not necessarily limited to: Construction of a new concrete wall, footings, post tensioned rock anchors and new spillway at the location shown on the plans. Associated work includes bedrock foundation preparation, installation of foundation post tensioned rock anchors and related incidental work. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be below $750,000.00. The construction period is expected to occur between June 1, 2024 and September 30, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any bids submitted and to waive any informality . Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.
