**As of February 15, 2023, project was awarded to C Johnson Construction, awarded amount is $817,701.63.** The project consist of the replacement of existing water mains and associated appurtenances installed within the Island county and washington state Department of Transportation right of way as follows:Engle Rd (between Fort Casey Rd and SR20) -4130 LF Water Main, SR20 ( between Engle Rd and Callens Restaurant) -1250 LF Water Main. The Town of Coupeville reserves the right to reject and or all bid and to waive any irregularities.
