| Description | The existing Yankee gutter is comprised of a copper lining, with soldered joints. Several of these joints have had EPDM flashing installed in an attempt to eliminate any leakage at these areas. Any existing materials used to strip in the solder joints must be removed. The existing solder at these joints will also be removed. Prior to resoldering the joints, they must be thoroughly cleaned so that the surface will readily accept any replacement solder. |
