PROJECT ESTIMATE: $786,625.00. Ballfield light improvements, interior building renovations, deck expansion, public restroom construction, and installation of EV charging station. The work primarily consists of: The replacement of ballfield lighting and the renovation of the warming house building at Fitzgerald Memorial Field; the expansion of the existing deck and construction of a new public restroom building at Riverfront Park; and the installation of an EV charging station in the municipal parking lot adjacent to the Grand Ledge Area District Library
