CM Services-South Shore WRF-Permanent Hot and Chilled Water Piping

To provide the Construction Management Services for the permanent hot chilled water piping system project S35121-16P located at the South Shore WRF (previously Bay Park STP) in East Rockaway ,NY. The Construction management (CM) Services shall include Resedient Engineering ,Office Engineering , inspection, CPM Scheduling, and Cost Estimating Services. Nassau County’s (“the County”) overall resiliency and sustainability vision is to improve the water quality of the Western Bay. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, the County tasked the hazen/Arcadis program management Join venture (Pm-JV) team to asist with manging and overseeing work releated to nassau county's South Shore WRF recovery effort. It is the intent to award a contract for a thirty-three-month period with the option to renew for an additional 24 months, for a possible total term of 57 months.
