Water District #1 Extension #1

The Town of Campbell, Steuben County, New York, invites sealed bids for the Water District #1 Extension #1 project. Contract #1 - Water System Improvements Project Work shall include the installation of new ductile iron watermain, fittings, appurtenances, and water services along various roads within the Town as well as multiple HDPE Directional Drills to gain access to the east side of I-86 allowing the existing water system to be extend to the residents and businesses on the eastern side of I-86. And all associated restoration of all disturbed areas. Contract #2 - Evergreen Place Well & Control Building Project Work shall include the construction of a new well house/control building, backup generation, and all associated piping, drainage piping, and materials for construction of the appurtenances to support the new well and associated site improvements and restoration All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids.
