Request for qualifications general contractors repair building envelope everett senior center maryville-alcoa-blount county parks and recreation commission maryville, tennessee The Maryville-Alcoa-Blount County Parks and Recreation Commission (Parks and Rec) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified General Contractors to participate in a select group of Contractors Pre-Qualified to Bid on Improvements to the Building Envelope at the Everett Senior Center. Parks & Rec operates this 11,800 SF facility built about 20 years ago. The existing Facility is in need of repair of the Building envelope system. Primary building envelope exterior components include: Cementitious Board Aluminum Storefront Masonry This project is to include a new Exterior Insulation Finishing System for the building, replacement of the aluminum storefront (in most areas), and installation of new TPO roofing on flat areas of the existing roof. Miscellaneous drywall repair and painting is also included. II - CONTENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Name, address and proper contact person. 2. Number of years in business. 3.
