Description

This Town-owned property is located at 104 South Main Street. It is a single story flat-roofed structure, 27 feet wide at the front building line and 145 feet long, for a total area of 3,915 square feet. The roof is comprised of tarpaper, covered by a metal sheath. A combination gas pack air conditioner/fumace unitsits on the roof. The subject building’s left outer wall abuts but is not permanendy jointed to either the right wall of The Medicine Shoppe building at 102 South Main Street, or the rear wall of the Southern Sass building at 113 West Martin Luther King,Jr. Street. In order to ensure the integrity of these two outer loadbearing walls, the left outer wall of the subject building shall be left intact to the extent of the respective length and width of these two buildings; the wall of the subject building extending beyond the Southern Sass building shall be removed.
