Description

This project involves the replacement of exterior handrails and guards at Schwartz Hall at 6 different locations. Existing handrails, guards, brackets, and etc. to be removed. In some cases, existing sleeves can be reused. In other cases, sleeves and existing openings are to be filled with non-shrink grout. And some new openings may be required. New passivated stainless-steel handrails, guards, brackets, and etc. are to be ADA compliant when installed. Most new layouts of the handrails and guards are similar to the existing layouts.
