Design Services for Pine Grove Elementary School Modernization

The project shall meet the program requirements established by the Owner and be within the DOE mandated cost per student station. The modernized school will be located on the site of the existing school as a 503 student station facility to include new construction and remodeling or renovation of existing buildings to remain as deemed necessary. Temporary holding for school operations during construction will be required. Design services shall include development of all conceptual design, Facility List, preliminary site plan, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and construction administration and community outreach and engagement as required. Construction may be phased with the schedule for design deliverables based upon the phased construction schedule as determined by the Owner. The ARCHITECT shall provide all professional services necessary to deliver Permitted Design Documents within the established Construction Budget and in accordance with the established Design Schedule.
