Cedar River Crossing and Sutliff Bridge-West Area Improvements

Providing a latrine, parking lot, and orientation kiosk at the entry to the Cedar River Crossing. In addition, improvements will be made to the drive and parking at the west end of the Sutliff Bridge. Improvements will require earthwork, utility distribution, paving, and installation of a latrine restroom.
