Purchase of one unit. Processing size based on equipment bucket: 4-5YD Screening of product size: Dual material size 8” minus and 2” minus with a removable deck reducer to process smaller 2” minus size. Deck bars shall be splayed to reduce clogging of deck bars Dimensions: 9'-6" tall x 6'-4" deep x 14'-8" inside of box. Combined weight: approximately 13,000 lbs. Deck bars shall be self-cleaning via “bumping” and/or lifting from underside on screen deck. Dynamic Dampening non-packing material in all hollow members to reduce noise and vibration. All pieces shall be cleaned, primed, and painted with durable paint Screener decks shall be removable with loader bucket via permanently attached hooks. Unit shall be moveable using loader bucket with no required rigging materials. Loader shall pull under unit and lift up to load without operator leaving equipment.
