Biannual Inergen Fire Suppression Systems Inspection

The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a service agreement contract for biannual (twice yearly) inspection of two (2) Inergen Fire Suppression Systems, for the State of New Hampshire, Department of Employment Security (or "NHES"), in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. LOCATION All prices for repair and maintenance service must be FOB destination as defined by the following city/town locations: 45 Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301 and 6 Townsend West, Nashua, NH 03063. Equipment may be inspected by appointment. Inquiries must be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this RFB. Submissions must clearly identify the RFB Number, the Vendor's name, address and the name of the person submitting the question. Please take the time to read the RFB carefully before submitting inquiries and make your inquiries as clear as possible. Reference the section of the RFB in question. All inquiries or proposed changes must be submitted in writing and received at the NH Department of Employment Security by the date listed below.
