Belvidere Street Gateway Phase IV Signal, Crosswalk and Sidewalk Improvements

The project scope encompasses general contracting services that include, but are not limited to: mobilization, maintenance of traffic (vehicular and pedestrian), lane closures, sidewalk closures, traffic signal construction, traffic signal replacement, landscaping, conduit installation, fiber optic installation, pavement markings, sidewalk construction, sidewalk and curb demolition and replacement, handicap ramp installation, pavement patching, tree root work, adjusting utility castings, adjusting/replacing drainage structures, and all other work necessary to install signals, crosswalks and sidewalk. These signal, crosswalk and sidewalk improvements will improve pedestrian access and safety along Belvidere Street at the intersections of Rowe Street, Spring Street and Idlewood Avenue/W. Byrd Street.
