Structure Removal Lien Property

Work included under this contract consists of demolition of the existing single-family dwelling and detached garage, abandonment of a water supply well and septic tanks, removal of an underground propane tank, removal of trash and debris, grading of the site to match existing contour, seeding and mulching and improvements to the access drive as required to access the site.
