Description

Provide architectural and engineering services for the East River and Lake Nona High Schools HVAC Capital Renewal Project. The specified services shall include architectural and engineering services, as required and directed by the District. The project will provide improved facilities, which meet Orange County Public School’s Design Guidelines. The Contract shall be awarded in accordance with the requirements of section 287.055, Florida Statute. Major elements of the project include: 1. An HVAC Capital Renewal project for two sites: East River High School located at 650 E River Falcons Way, Orlando, FL 32833 and Lake Nona High School located at 12500 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832. 2. Renovation of the campus heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, including but not limited to refurbishment or replacement of existing air distribution equipment and the building automation system, and selected equipment and piping replacements in the central energy plant (CEP).
