This project includes but not limited to demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and finishes that will provide a fully functional classroom environment for children ages 0 - 5. The Contract for the accepted proposal will be based upon the factors described in this RFP. Efforts will be made by CAPK to utilize small businesses, women and minority-owned businesses, with the consideration that the primary responsibility is the most favorable return to CAPK.
