Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Implementation

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking qualified, experienced and licensed firm(s) to provide Water AMI and Meters and Associated Services for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All pricing information must be entered in Appendix D-2 - Price Schedule. The link to this document is found in Section VI - Cost Proposal Acknowledgement Page. Contract duration: 5 years Q & A deadline: Dec 05, 2022 5:00:00 PM EST A proposal security payable to the City of Fort Lauderdale shall be submitted with the proposal response in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposed amount. A proposal security can be in the form of a Proposal bond or cashier's check. Proposal security will be returned to the unsuccessful contractor as soon as practicable after opening of proposals. Proposal security will be returned to the successful Proposer after acceptance of the Payment and Performance Bond, if required; acceptance of insurance coverage, if required; and full execution of contract documents, if required; or other conditions as stated in Special Conditions or elsewhere in the RFP. The City reserves the right to award a contract to the Vendor who will best serve the interest of the City. The City reserves the right, based upon its deliberations and in its opinion, to accept or reject any or all proposals. The City also reserves the right to waive minor irregularities or variations of the submittal requirements and RFP process.
