Exterior below grade drainage systems and waterproofing of the existing Historic Courthouse Building including, demolition of exterior hardscape, excavation and waterproofing around the building, repointing deteriorated below-grade mortar, pouring concrete wall extension to receive waterproofing, install foundation drains along with a new on-site drainage system tied into existing drainage systems and reinstalling exterior hardscape.
