Project consists of milling and resurfacing 3.75" on IL 23, from N. of I-80 in Ottawa to S. of US 52 (W. Junction) in LaSalle for a total of 6.31 miles. The scope of work includes some traffic signal upgrades, guardrail, and drainage improvements.
