New Gray Rock Road Water Main Extension

As of 7/22/2022, this project was canceled. There is a possibility it may rebid but that is not a definite. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Tega Cay, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractors attention is called to the requirements relative to the Contractors License. No contract will be awarded hereunder to any contractor who has not been properly licensed by the South Carolina Licensing Board of Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
