| Description | Project Description/Base Bid: New roof system assembly shall consist of (from bottom to top): Existing steel structural deck or concrete deck. Insulation assembly including tapered insulation to direct water to roof drains and tapered crickets where indicated on the Drawings.The roof system replacement scope consists of removal of existing roof systems where indicated on the drawings and where all low-slope membrane roofs exist on the building. ½” cover board. Fully adhered PVC roof membrane. Replacement roof system is to consist of a new fully-adhered PVC roof system with associated prepainted and PVC coated metal flashings over a polyisocyanurate insulation assembly of minimum R-30 insulation above-deck. New metal flashings, copings, edge metals, etc. to match existing materials/finish. |
