First Responders Recreation Center Project

The project generally consists of the renovation and addition to the existing building and new construction of the support buildings along with the construction of recreational courts, amenities and a Putt & Play golf course. There are extensive civil and site improvements. The site is approximately 19 acres. The building renovation-construction and amenities generally consists of the following: Renovation of the Existing Building, per the plans and specifications New Support Buildings Construction: 1. Starter Pavilion, Storage, Restroom Bldg. #1 2. Shade Storage Bldg. (Lawn bowling) #1A & 1B 3. Pavilion Bldg. #1C & 3A 4. Restroom Storage Bldg. #2 & #4 5. Pool Bldg. #3 Amenity Projects: Basketball; Beach Volleyball; Tennis; Corn Toss; Pickleball; Platform Tennis; Resort Style Pool; Fire Pit Provide and Install all Landscaping and Irrigation Systems 1. Renovation of an existing building of approximately 9,500 square feet and an addition of approximately 1,400 sf for total Project Area of approximately 10,900 square feet.
