Snow Plowing

1. Snowplowing maintained to 30' either side of runway edge-of- metal and clearing around papi and runway lights all winter. Does not include taxi-way, parking lot, and driveway. 2. Plowing will be done within 24 hours after snowfall has ceased. 3. NO heavy equipment may be used on runway (greater than 17 to GVW). 4. No bulldozers may be used on premises. Any end loader used must have skid plates on bucket. 5. Bidder/Contractor shall provide proof of General Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance. 6. Work shall include pushing back snow banks during the course of the winter, lowering banks below wingtip levels and removing snow from around runway lights and markers. Please include a separate price for pushing back banks if necessary. 7. Clark Township reserves the right to close the airport and cease plowing under certain circumstances.
