Snow Removal for Mass Transit Parking Lots

Snow removal services are to be in accordance with the bid specifications. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall conform with Affirmative Action regulations set forth in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., as amended and supplemented from time to time. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond for 10% of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000, made payable to the Township of Aberdeen. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Surety Bond, in statutory form, in the full amount of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to increase or decrease quantities to be purchased or to waive any informality in the bids and accompanying documents received in accordance with applicable law.
