| Description | To add an approximate 4' x 8' double sided, LED message sign located at 718 Main Street in Hays Kansas. The new message board will be installed on an existing 2 pilon sign pole, replacing only the current time/temp sign. The project proposal shall include all services to start operations, to include electrical services. A new 2" conduit has already been installed to a power pole for electrical access. All work must be completed in compliance with any city or state codes that are applicable. |
