Description

This specification governs the Summer 2021 full containment removal of approximately 24,000 SF of asbestos containing floor tile and adhesive, with the majority being beneath carpet. Also included is the removal of a approximately 200 LF of thermal system insulation. Lead paint mitigation will also be performed during the Phase II work activities. Work will be performed in three work phases.
