| Description | 1. References of at least two other clients of commercial buildings. 2. Proof of liability insurance. Carpet cleaning process: 1. Minimum two step cleaning process 2. Pre-spray with agitation 3. Neutralizer must be used in entire cleaning process 4. Cleaning will be hot water extraction using industry standard chemicals 5. Carpet machine will be a truck mount with at least #4 size blower 6. Cleaning personnel will be I. I. C. R. C. certified or equivalent 7. Coordinate cleaning times with maintenance personnel. Most of the cleaning will have to be done after normal business hours. |
