Bids will be received for the following trade packages: Bid Package #1: General Construction Bid Package #2: Asphalt and Base Bid Package #3: Paint and Finish Bid Package #4: Fluid Applied Flooring For trade packages for the Marked Tree School District - Paving and Gymnasium Painting, located in Marked Tree, AR. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Marked Tree School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
