HVAC Replacement - An Achievable Dream Middle/High School

1. The demolition of packaged roof top heating, ventilating and air conditioning units. Removal of classroom unit ventilators, hot water heating systems including piping, boilers, pumps and associates hydronic accessories. Removal of roof mounted relief hoods and replacement of general exhaust fans. 2. Provide new packaged rooftop heat pump air conditioning units with hot water auxiliary heat. Provisions for (3) new dedicated outdoor air rooftop units and associated roof curbs. Classroom vertical unit ventilators, condenser water system with associated cooling tower, plate and frame heat exchanger, pumps, boilers and hydronic accessories. Cap open outlets where relief hoods were demolished. Provisions for new general exhaust fans. 3. Provide new building automatic temperature controls system. 4. Provisions for new ceilings in select locations, replacement of tile where indicated. 5. Structural work related to the replacement of and installation of new rooftop units as indicated. 6. Electrical work associated with the replacement of HVAC equipment, and provisions for a new emergency generator.
