| Description | This is a Design/Build project for demolition of existing HVAC equipment with all associated components, and the installation of new HVAC system in B1029. This is a design/ build project in which the contractor and the designer will be expected to determine the best way to reconfigure existing utilities and systems to make the project a success. The contractor shall relocate appropriately all utilities (electrical wiring & layout, mechanical piping & water heater tank, concrete pads, etc.) in order to install the new HVAC systems for this project in the mechanical room and the enclosed yard. The scope of work also includes: Selective Demolition, drywall, replacement of all suspended acoustical tile and grid in the building. |
