Description

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide experienced professional and technical personnel to assist in the development and management of these assignments. The consultant selected under this procurement will provide staff augmentation program level support in assisting Department staff to manage and oversee the execution of the program ensuring that technical, fiscal, schedule, and quality goals are established and met. The project-specific contract will have the following estimated amounts: Phase I: $32,000,000, Phase II: $26,000,000. All inquiries shall be submitted ONLY through the online Q & A section, where responses will be published for all Offerors. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
