| Description | Building ‘I” is a 58,000 square foot warehouse approximately 204 feet wide by 284 feet long and 25 to 29 feet high. The roof is constructed on a metal deck is supported by steel trusses spaced approximately 5-feet 9-inches on centers. The age of the present roof is Unknown. The building is at least 36 years old. There are two (2) roof systems in place with a granular modified asphalt surface with various patches and at least 2” of insulation. The flashings and sheet metal coping are in poor condition. Approximately six (6) foot wide area of decking along each draining wall is in poor condition. The roof hatch is in poor condition. |
