Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2022 - Contract 3 - Reload Center Buildings

The Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2022 project will include, but not be limited to, the construction of a 60,000 square foot reload facility building and office; construction of approximately 6,400 linear feet (LF) of new paved access roads, parking and truck unloading areas, and 20,700 LF of rail improvements; installation of water, sanitary sewer, and franchise utility improvements; and mitigation of 7.8 acres of wetlands. This Work is divided into four contracts. Contract 1 (earthwork) and Contract 2 (rail and ballast) are already underway. Contract 3 (this Project) consists of designing and constructing concrete foundations and placing concrete slabs; stubbing all required utilities; erecting steel buildings furnished by the Owner; interior framing; plumbing work; electrical work; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work; and other associated Work required for a fully functioning warehouse and office facility.
