PFOS/PFOA Water Service Project

The project includes the construction of approximately 1,495 linear feet of 8-inch and 820 linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron water main, 3,370 linear feet of 1" K-copper service line, 1 fire hydrant assembly, connections of 46 services with meters, backflow preventers and pressure reducing valves, and water main appurtenances. Also included is the well abandonment at 21 properties. Construction will occur in State and Township rights-of-way and easement areas, and will involve restoration of roadway, mill and overlay of roadways, lawn areas traffic control and provisions for all necessary erosion and sedimentation controls in Warrington Township.
