Septic Tank and Grease Trap Maintenance Services Countywide

Provide all labor, equipment and material to pump, transport and dispose of waste from septic tanks and grease traps for Fulton County facilities. a. Fully pump out the exterior grease trap and/or septic tank. b. Scrape all interior walls of the grease trap and remove the debris and residue, steam clean if applicable. c. In accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances, properly dispose of the grease trap and /or septic contents. d. Where an interior grease trap exists, perform the same maintenance, as listed above, on the interior grease trap. e. The bidder shall provide septic pumping every (six) months or weekly according to locate city ordinance f. All tanks must be thoroughly cleaned by using mechanical and as needed manual labor removing all sludge g. All work must be performed in such a manner as not to inconvenience building occupants. h. The bidder shall secure and pay for all permits, inspections and licenses necessary for the execution of his work. i. The bidder shall do all the work and furnish all the materials, tools, equipment and safety devices necessary to perform in the manner within the time specified.
