Construction of "Gulf Breeze High School Plumbing Upgrades" for the School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida. All contractors for educational facilities are hereby notified that to be eligible to bid on school projects they must be pre-qualified. Contact the Board at the above address for information on pre-qualifying. Bids shall be submitted on the form supplied by the Architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract with the Owner and furnish a 100% "Performance Bond" and a 100% "Labor and Material Payment Bond" satisfactory to the Owner. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bidding and reject any and all bids. Construction of the renovation of the existing plumbing system as shown on contract drawings.
