1. Dimension- 30’ x 48’ x 9’ 2. Metal roof with gutters 3. Enclosed soffit ceiling with 3 fans 4. Concrete pad 34’ x 52’ with a 4 inch slab 5. Sloped on exterior perimeter to allow water to run off the pad 6. Rockingham County will assist with the Contractor in final landscaping (grading, seeding, etc.) around the construction site. 7. Topsoil/excavated soil can be moved to an onsite area in close proximity to the construction site
