Artisan - HVAC, Refrigeration and Mechanical

Provide the Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools the services of a licensed HVAC, Refrigeration & Mechanical Technician in the State of Rhode Island and an apprentice/helper (if required) for a two (2) year Master Pricing Agreement period from November 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024 according to the agreed upon hourly labor rates, work schedules, and parts and materials percentage markup. At the Town's discretion the contract may be extended for an additional one (1) year term. Questions, if any, and responses will be posted on the Westerly Public Schools. The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School. Offers are irrevocable for ninety (90) days from the opening date (or such other extended period set forth in the solicitation), and may not be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Purchasing Agent. All pricing will be firm and fixed unless otherwise indicated. The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools is exempt from Federal excise taxes and State Sales and Use Taxes.
