| Description | This project consists of the construction of a stormwater retention pond (Pond 4) located off of County Road 466A. The pond is needed to accommodate drainage for County Road 466A which will be widened to a four-lane divided roadway in the near future. Pond size is approximately six acres. Additional drainage improvements include pipe culverts, manholes, and mitered end sections. A 12-foot wide access stabilized and sodded roadway from County Road 466A to the pond is also proposed. The access roadway begins at County Road 466A and extends approximately 700 feet to the south of the roadway. The project scope includes maintenance of traffic, sod, and fencing. Site preparation work includes mobilization, erosion control, and excavation. |
