RFP - Consulting Services - Assistance with FEMA Filing for Housing Authority and Its Affiliates

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) is seeking services of an experienced, licensed Consultant to provide for the following services: Firm to provide all portions of disaster recovery consulting services on an as needed basis which may include but not be limited to support, recovery and mitigation management, fiscal and administrative services, consulting, representation, assistance and support, and monitoring of recovery efforts, to include compliance and reporting responsibilities outlined and/or required by federal and state authorities and other funding agencies. Services shall also work with HACFM and its affiliates on mitigation towards future events which may include hurricanes, tropical storms, and/or other disastrous events. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to due date may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The contract resulting from this RFP shall provide for a term of One (1) year with automatic annual renewals not to exceed a total of five (5) years to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Authority. The owner reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal; to reject any or all proposals with or without cause. The owner reserves the right to select one or more vendors to provide the services and to select the proposal(s) that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers.
