| Description | Install a 36" ADA grab bar in tub. Exchange old jelly jar light at side door for a motion LED flood light. Remove old screen door on front porch. Install a new pre-hung steel door. New lockset and dead bolt. Door will be inswing left hand with threshold. Permit required. Remove old metal rail at the side entry. Install new wood rail and posts on the side of stoop and steps. Permit required. Install a new hand rail at the front steps attaching to the house. Cut in new deadbolt above lockset on existing side entry door. |
