| Description | The Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the demolition and removal of buildings 35, 36, 37, 38, 75 ,94, 95, 96, 118 & 149. This will include, but is not limited to; Asbestos/Lead Paint abatement, utility disconnect, removal of existing roads/driveways, removal of trees, removal of buildings including all foundations, basement walls, footers, floor slabs and backfilling, grading and seeding for the project 610-19-201 Demolish Buildings 35,36,37,38,75,94,95,96,118&149 at VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. 2. All items being removed are to be disposed of by the contractor. 3. All above work to be done in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. |
